ERICKA TRICE

Ericka became managing partner of Analogy & Associates, LLC in 2015. She holds PMI PMP and Agile Certified Scrum Manager certifications and has 20+ years of IT experience in lead roles on various programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government. Ericka is a driven, positive, enthusiastic, innovative, goal-oriented and a very organized individual with a history of leading effective teams, fostering collaborative environments  and driving innovation and improvements for any effort for which she is involved.
 
She leads the technology business of team Analogy and leverages her years of technical experience in Systems Engineering and Project Management to provide and acquire talented team members in providing excellent support and service to customers and partners.
